1. Pricing and Products
At Terelyn Crystals, our pricing structure is meticulously crafted based on the quality, clarity, and spiritual attributes of our crystals. Weight or bead size does not influence our pricing.
All transactions are final, as we uphold an uncompromising standard of excellence. Our commitment to authenticity prohibits the sale of second-hand crystals. Once a crystal departs our premises, it is considered second-hand.
The price you pay includes:
Crystal pairing by Master Terelyn to align with the respective owner’s Chi.
Initial purification process.
Calibration by Master Terelyn to optimize the crystal's energy.
Lifetime purification and restring service (bracelet range) is provided free by our company.

2. Natural Product Disclaimer
- All crystals and jewellery offered by Terelyn Crystals are natural products, each inherently unique in their characteristics. As such, no two pieces are identical.
- The images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the exact piece you will receive. Variations in colour, texture, and pattern are to be expected and are not considered defects.
- We emphasise that these natural variations are a testament to the authenticity and natural origin of our products.
- Master Terelyn personally selects and calibrates each item to align with the respective owner's Chi, ensuring a bespoke and personalised experience.
- By purchasing from Terelyn Crystals, you acknowledge and accept that:

- These variations do not constitute grounds for return, exchange, or refund, as they are inherent to natural stones.
3. Bracelet Policy
Bracelets are sold according to wrist size, with no spare beads provided.
Crystal spacers may be included for slight adjustments, selected by Master Terelyn.
Product images or showroom pieces may not reflect the exact bead count.
Course Changes and Modifications: We reserve the right to change, modify, or otherwise alter course details, schedules, and promotions at our sole discretion without prior notice. Such modifications will become effective immediately.
Free Revision Policy: Each course registration includes 10 free revision (for basic courses) or 5 free revisions (for masterclasses). Free revisions are subject to seating availability. Priority will be given to new sign-ups.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of last-minute cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course start date, the opportunity to reschedule or change the date may be limited and is subject to management approval.
Consent to Use of Information: By registering for the course, attendees automatically consent to Sodo Feng Shui Center Pte Ltd using their information, data, pictures, and likeness for marketing purposes.
Refunds and Transfers: The promotional package fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Right to Refuse Attendance: SODO reserves the right to deny any student from attending a class at our sole discretion, without the obligation to provide a reason.
4. Delivery Methods
Self-collection: Prior to departing our premises, we encourage customers to thoroughly inspect their acquisitions. Once products have been received and depart our office, they are ineligible for return or exchange. Items not collected within 180 days will be subject to Terelyn Crystals' discretion, which may include recycling or disposal of the product.
Delivery: Every product undergoes stringent quality control measures and is handpicked by Master Terelyn. While we strive for perfection, should you encounter a defective item, kindly provide photographic evidence for assessment. Final adjudication rests with our management team.
5. Return and Refund Policy
Regrettably, Terelyn Crystals do not entertain refund requests for any products sold. In the rare instance of a defective item being deemed eligible for return or exchange, should no suitable replacement be available, the monetary value will be converted into store credits. If a refund is granted and approved by management, an administrative charge of 6% of the purchase amount will be applied to cover processing and administrative fees.
6. Discrepancies and Disputes
In instances of discrepancies or disputes, the decision rendered by Terelyn Crystals shall be conclusive and binding.
7. Confidentiality Clause
At Terelyn Crystals, we respect your privacy and understand the sensitive nature of personal wishes and issues. All information provided in the "Add order note" section, including specific problems or wishes, will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. We ensure that your personal details and intentions remain private and secure.
8. Intellectual Property
All content featured on our website, inclusive of text, graphics, logos, images, and audio clips, is the proprietary intellectual property of Terelyn Crystals or our esteemed content suppliers, safeguarded by international copyright statutes.
9. Limitation of Liability
Terelyn Crystals absolves itself from any liability arising from the use of our products or website.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be adjudicated exclusively by the competent courts within the jurisdiction of Singapore.
